The Evidence-Based Conversations for Continuous Improvement bundle contains research-based content that supports the importance of using objective evidence as a vehicle for analysis, dialogue and coaching around an educator’s practice. It is designed to be self-directed professional learning that focuses on improving your own skills in using evidence to discuss practice, and improve the skills of others with whom you work. The bundle includes resources that allow participants to self-assess their skills, videos for reflective learning, readings to deepen knowledge, and opportunities to upload and share examples of your own work as you move your own practice forward.
